This is a vintage booth brothers picture framing device made I believe in the late 1800’s early 1900’s by an Irish company called booth brothers, this is a very rare framing tool, I do have the original blades for this item somewhere, however currently can’t remember where I put them, so the auction is for the item only and if I find the blades I’ll send them with the item
