Karl Lagerfeld heels from late 80s early 90s.

Black leather with 3 straps start at the bottom to the ankle, each with a black and white checkered adjustable buckle.

Good condition with minor wear, as shown in photos. Some of the white squares on the buckles are slightly faded.
