From 1922 this is Why Should I Cry Over You waltz/fox trot sheet music written by Ned Miller and Chester Cohn and sung by Dolly Kay.

It is in acceptable condition for it's age as shown in the photos. 

You will see some tearing, staining, edge and corner wear, some tape binding, and a name written in pencil on the front cover. 

Measures 12 1/2" x 9 1/2".
