I made a ton of these for a stage version of Mary Poppins, the actors and directors were crazy about them.

Fully hemmed, all exposed edges are finished. Built to last! See the last photo to see a layer of ruffle being pinned to the base. Completely hand pleated as you can see from all the yellow pin heads. Hand or machine wash (gentle) and hang or lay flat to dry. Warm iron and starch it if you like a crisp look.
