If you have any problems with your purchase please contact us first before leaving poor feedback, low star ratings or launching an eBay dispute procedure.  We will do everything we can to resolve the problem.

All items are scrutinised and presented in good condition unless otherwise stated such as parts only.

The photographs are taken to show as much as possible detail of the item(s) to help you make a more informed decision. 

If defects are clearly shown in the photos but are not necessarily included in the description then photographs are regarded part of the description.  So please study them carefully.   We are not setting out to deceive you by trying to hide defects or issues with the item.  It is our responsibility to show as much as possible.

Batteries are not included with items that require them.  However they have been tested to work unless otherwise stated.

Items marked with 'No Returns Please' have listed faults.  They may be serviceable, usable even though faulty or just for parts but I DO NOT accept returns or provide refunds on these items.  You purchase them knowing this is the case.  

Please bear in mind that the majority of the items in our listings are 20th century and some are nearly 100 years old so please ensure you are clear about the condition of the item before purchasing.

Please do not hesitate to ask us any questions you have on listed items and you can request further photographs to help give you a better picture.

Payment upon winning an auction will need to be made at the end unless we have agreed to adjust the final invoice.
