This lovely One of A Kind doll has a NuFace 2.0 body and an Alice in Wonderland head from Disney and Tim Burton's Alice in Wonderland. The face sculpt is based on the actress Mia Wasikowska who starred as Alice in both films. She has lovely curled butterscotch tresses and a realistic face.
