This item powers up but the plate won't  spin. The speaker makes a cracking sound when the volume knob is turned, shows it works. The body shows how old it is. It needs to be restored. The tonearm is complete with cartridge and needle. I didn't open to see how it looks inside. I am selling AS IS. No returns.
