There has been a hole drilled for the electrical wire & the top rim removed to accommodate the brass light fixture.

Look at all pictures carefully.

There are two screw on harp holders to hold your lamp shade.

The Lamp shade pictured is NOT included.

The "Vase" stands 14.5" tall: the height to the top of the Bayonet is 17.5"

At its widest it is approx. 6.5"
