This tape consists of silicone adhesive applied to a base material made of fluoroplastic (PTFE)-impregnated glass
cloth. As such, this tape offers the many characteristics of fluoroplastics while delivering excellent dimensional stability.
The surface of the tape has embossings that derive from the glass cloth.
