Viscoelastic Dry Polymer seat inserts will never harden or leak. Our polymer inserts are silicone-free and leave no film or residue that can destroy seat materials. They stop "numb butt", reduce rider fatigue and shorten recovery time on very long rides.
These polymer inserts are designed mainly to be installed by an upholstery professional or a capable do-it-yourselfer. Complete installation instructions are available on our website. The large polymer insert is designed mainly to be inserted into the front rider seats (i.e. Road Kings and Softails) or larger rear seats(i.e. Classics). The large gel is 16" across the back, 10" across the front and 12" long. The medium polymer insert is designed mainly to be inserted into passenger seats(i.e. Road Kings or Fatboys) or in smaller rider seats(i.e. custom bikes). The medium gel pad is 14" across the back, 12" across the front and 10" long. The small polymer insert is designed mainly to be inserted into small passenger seats or in small custom chopper seats. The small gel is 7" across and 10.5" long.
Pro Pad Gel Pads for motorcycles come in three sizes, (large, medium, small), perfect for the do-it-yourself installations. These gel pads can be trimmed to fit any seat. Or you can send your seat to Kno Place Upholstery Co. for a professional installation. Our craftsman will remove your seat cover and install the gel pad into your seat foam. We have an optional memory foam for added comfort that is molded over the Pro Pad Gel Pad. We then cover the entire seat in a specially designed foam to protect your seat foam and gel pad and give it a smooth finish. Your original seat cover is then reinstalled.
