Please note that due to the way that canon originally make the product these cartridges might be show up as either half full or empty when you put them in your printer. This is to be expected and you can ignore any warnings as well as continue to print LONG after the printer says they are completely empty.

Shipping
We aim to ship all of our orders within 24 hours of receipt (excluding weekends). Orders placed on a Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holiday will be shipped the next working day.
Terms of Sale
Delivery Time : We use various courier services and parcel usually deliver within 2 - 3 working days for UK mainland and 3 - 7 days for the rest of British Isles & Ireland. Next day delivery for certain products can also be arranged for an addtional cost provided order is made by 12pm. Please contact us for the addtional cost.
Delays in Delivery : In the event of the delay in delivery, please note that Only Just Ltd cannot be held liable for the courier's fault. No refund is allowed where the courier company has failed to deliver the item on a particular service. For example an item delivered through 24 hour service and the customer not receiving the item in the given time due to delay by the courier company.
Failed Delivery : If a courier have tried to deliver the parcel but no one available to accept the delivery, the courier will leave the "Failed Delivery Card" through the letterbox then it will become your responsibility to re-arrange the delivery with courier directly. The parcel will be held at the local depot for 5 days then it will return to us. In this event, you will be liable for the postage cost.
RETURN POLICY

If a return is necessary due to a fault, we will collect the item from the customer and either send a replacement or credit your account. If the product is not faulty: We will collect the item from the customer but will take the cost of collection out of your refund and charge a 20% re-stocking fee. Please note, this will apply if the product is faulty/damaged but we are able to supply the required replacement parts. |
