Whats involved in setting up the suspension onto the chassis???
The team at Huntsman Products mount everything onto the swing arm before dispatch. So the hinge bar is bolted to the swing arm. The stub axle is welded on or into the swingarm. The coil bracket is welded to the hinge bar as is the rebound strap and shock brackets.
When you receive the suspension you will have to weld the hinge bar on top of a cross member as will be shown in the drawing we give you on purchase. The coil, rebound strap and shock brackets will also have to be welded to the chassis.
The brake mounts are pre welded to the stub axles. The cups are inserted into the drums or discs so it is a matter of greasing the bearings, assembling the brakes and drums to the stubs and you are done..

WE CAN ALSO SUPPLY THIS SUSPENSION WITH MECHANICAL OR HYDRAULIC DISC BRAKES. PLEASE INQUIRE FOR PRICES
ride height from centre of stub to chassis when under load is 190mm with the stub axle welded on top of swing arm or 260mm if the stub axle is welded into the arm.
On ordering we email or fax both an offset job sheet and a fitment diagram for mounting the suspension to the chassis. Unfortunately we do need a deposit for these to be forwarded, so please don't take offense on these terms and conditions

are packaged correctly, we will not be liable for any damage in transit unless
transit insurance has been purchased. For all insurance purchases please

Insurance must be purchased and paid for prior to dispatch.

Freight for this item MUST be to a business address with a FORKLIFT or a
depot with one of our chosen carriers. If not, freight will incur a
hand unload and tailgate fee (POA) which will need to be paid prior to
dispatch.
PLEASE NOTE: Any kits over 1T or wheels and tyres weighing greater than 25kg will need to be addressed to a business address with forklift facilities otherwise they will be delivered to the closest depot to you from our freight carriers. Please contact the huntsman team prior to ordering should you have any questions or queries.
Dispatch of goods are arranged through various freight companies.
P O Boxes can only be accepted on items under 5kg.

Please allow up to 10-12 working days for delivery. Whilst most cases will be 3-4 business days, you must allow for possible delays which are out of our hands.
No weekend or after hours delivery is available.

From advertised dispatch time we send all items on an express courier service.
Pallets and kits naturally do take longer than smaller parcels.
