Each insole is a lovely soft comfy 10mm (1cm) thick!!
TRIPLE LAYER. Dense foam rubber top and bottom and an advanced memory foam layer between giving maximum comfort.
You will recieve one pair of insoles, (fit mens & ladies shoes, simply trim to fit as necessary)
