How to pay
There are a few ways you can pay, but your choice will determine the speed your order is processed. Payments are made instantly by PayPal, but should you choose a bank transfer, the payment will need to clear before we can process your order.
If you want to pay via a bank transfer, please state this when you order and we’ll contact you with the relevant information.

Delivery
We will send your goods within 1 business day by Royal Mail Second Class after your payment has cleared. You’ll receive an email to let you know when your order is dispatched.

Faulty goods
If the item is faulty, please return it in its original condition within 7 days. You are responsible for postage costs. Once the item has been returned and checked for faults, you’ll receive a full refund.
Please note that sometimes the paper backing or application tape may be slightly wrinkled or damaged at the edges during shipment. This won’t affect the finish of the vinyl as it’s only there for protection and to aid application.
