This commercial grade high pressure cooker consisting of high quality stainless steel bodies with stay cool phenolic handles and knobs that are ergonomically designed for easy use and durability. The knobs feature steam release for more controlled cooking. The high domed stainless steel lids are designed to perfectly fit the stainless steel bodies. All bodies are made of the highest quality 18/8 stainless steel. The highly mirror polished exterior & interior surface are beautiful and easy to clean with satin lines for a classic look
