You are bidding on kit that includes the LCD touchscreen replacement module, a T-6 driver (may come in color other than black) and step-by-step instructions on how to replace your TDS Recon screen youself.  The screen on the TDS Recon can deteriorate with age and use.  The screen can start peeling or have dead spots and become hard to use.  I suggest that you only replace the screen if it has actual physical damage or dead spots.   If it's a software problem, this will not fix your problem.

To have it replace would cost $400-$500.  Do it yourself with help from this kit and  instructions for a fraction of the cost.  For less than $100 and 5-30 minutes of your time you can replace the screen and digitizer yourself.  

Instructions are easy to follow but requires some mechanical aptitude.  Normally can be replace in 5 to 30 minutes by someone with average ability.   By purchasing the instructions, user assumes all responsibility to any damage they do to their own equipment.
