Return Policy
  • Defective products must be reported within 14 days from the ship date.
  • To return, you must contact us to obtain an RMA number before sending back the item(s). We will not accept returns without a valid RMA number.
  • The buyer will be responsible for all return shipping cost.
  • Shipping & handling charges are non-refundable. All returns will incur a 20% or $9.99 restocking fee, whichever is lower to cover the shipping & handling fees.
