Orders are generally handled within 2-3 business day of receipt of payment. In addition, because we only ship through tracked methods, you will know exactly where your order is and when to expect it. To ensure the lowest possible ship prices, we ship primarily through USPS. Shipping prices in our listings are calculated based on where you live in relationship to our fulfillment facility. Through this system, we are happy to fill order anywhere in the world. International packages are only offered through USPS Priority or Express services. We do offer combined shipping on all items. Shipping is automatically combined on purchases of multiple items which you can see upon checkout.

Proven Design Products accepts returns for a full refund of the purchase price less shipping for 30 days. To qualify, returns must be shipped within 30 days from the original ship date and must be received in the same condition listed with all packaging and paperwork. To return an item, simply send us a message and we will inform you on the details.                   
     

     

        We must receive your item back within 30 days of when we originally shipped it to you. Please allow us 3-5 days from the time we receive your item to process your return. For your protection, we suggest all returns be sent back by a traceable carrier. The customer must pay all costs related to return shipping due to buyer's remorse or incorrect ordering. If a product is defective, we will pay all shipping costs both ways.
