Please note that Paypal payments will only be accepted for transactions up to £500 in value. Please make sure your Paypal address is confirmed, matches your eBay address & you have good current feedback. If you don't shipping may be delayed & payment may be required by a different method. If the item is collected any shipping charge will be non payable. For large purchases discounts can sometimes be available for Bank Transfers due to the lower fees.

If payment has cleared by 2pm on a weekday your mobile will be shipped the same day by your chosen method. If payment clears between 2pm & 4pm shipping may still be the same day but is not guaranteed. Very occasionally I am unable to ship the same day due to my illnesses. If I am ill I shall give Special Delivery orders priority assuming these are required most urgently & I shall notify you. You will see from my feedback I ship very promptly but I have no control over my illness which can happen at any time so if dispatch time is very important to you please contact me first. I do NOT normally ship on a Saturday except at Xmas.

When leaving feedback please follow eBay's rules regarding dispatch time. Following cleared payment if I have dispatched the item in the time I have stated in the listing please don't penalise me if you item doesn't arrive promptly due a poor postal service. This is not a true reflection of the service I have provided for you. If you mark me down eBay penalise me with higher fees.

For International buyers. Shipping to Europe will be by Airmail Small Packets, International Signed for Airmail, Airsure or by Courier eg., DHL & Fedex, see individual listings for details. International buyers will only be allowed to buy if Paypal confirm your payment is eligible for seller protection, you have good current feedback & can make payment by Paypal or by Bank Transfer. For mobiles over £46 if you don't have good current feedback your order may be refunded & declined due to Royal Mail only insuring to a maximum of £46. This is due to the high amount of Paypal non receipt claims from fraudulent buyers. Please note all my mobile chargers come with UK 3 pin plugs so you will need an adapter. I can supply a UK/EU adapter for £1.50 extra, please add on checkout if required.

 Please note Mobiles are sourced from ALL available UK networks so I can try to bring to you the best value unlocked prices available. I do NOT sell foreign market handsets. Depending on availability & prices this may mean that during the duration of a listing mobiles may come from more than one network. Unless otherwise specified all network mobiles will have some sort of network branded software on. This can range from a just small word (Tesco) to a full jingle & logo like T-Mobile & Vodafone. Some handsets are also embossed with the network's markings, notably a "3", an Orange logo, or T-Mobile. Sometimes branded phones have pre-set hot keys for certain functions & unlocking will NOT alter these & so you will not be able to alter them unless you get it unbranded. If you require an unbranded handset then I can offer this service for a small extra charge, please contact me for details, this may take 2 to 3 days as I outsource this work currently.
