1) Bank transfer preferred. Domain name transferred as soon as the funds have cleared.
2) If the buyer choose to use transpact.com, a trusted UK Escrow service, fees would have to be paid in full by the buyer and transfer will occur as soon as Transpact notify the seller they have received the funds from the buyer. For legal reasons, I would agree to use only escrow services that are based in mainland UK [this excludes Gibraltar, Isle of Man etc].
3) Due to credit cards frauds, and being a service [not physical goods] PayPal is the least secure payment method [from a seller standpoint] hence by buying PNBI.com on eBay and paying by PayPal [regardless if is paid using PayPal balance, check / bank account or credit card] you agree to the following: for the first 150 days [5 months] from the date of PayPal payment, the domain name PNBI.com will be redirected [NOT transferred] to your named DNS. After 150 days, I will transfer it to you registrar of choice. This is to protect the sale from credit cards or others charge back. No exceptions. If you like the domain name transferred immediately after funds have cleared, please use either bank transfer or the Escrow method.
