Shipping Policy
We will ship to addresses in the continental United States ONLY.
Orders will be shipped within 1 business day after we
received confirmation of your payment.
Economy shipping will take 1-10 business days depending on
your location..
After your order(s) shipped, we will provide you with
tracking number(s), please check your spam folder on your email account if
you do not get your tracking information.
We will only ship to confirmed address provided by
PayPal. If an alternate address is preferred, please indicate on
your PayPal payment.
No International shipping at this time.
California residents must add 9.75% Sales Tax.
Return Policy
Defective products must be reported within 14 days from
the ship date.
In case of return or exchange, you must contact us to
get an RMA number before sending back the item(s). We will not accept
returns without a valid RMA number.
The buyer pays for all return shipping cost.
Shipping & handling charges are non-refundable. If
the item is shipped free, all returns will incur a $9.95 restocking fee to
cover the shipping & handling fees.
Return must be in the original shipping box, sealed and
fully protected.
Damaged products will not be refunded.
Only unopened products are returnable for refund.
