All our items are sent from Australia and transit times can vary between 5 business days to 5 weeks. Please contact us for an estimate of delivery times to your location.

SATISFACTION GUARANTEED

If you receive any of our products which you are not fully satisfied, simply return the item to us within 30 days, in the condition that you have received it, and we will happily offer an exchange or refund.

All returns MUST be authorised before goods are returned.

With exchanges, please contact us for total freight cost which covers two-way postage.

Please note: For items listed with free postage, your money will be refunded minus the initial freight cost incurred. This postage cost will be calculated fairly, using the Australia Post freight calculator. Before sending items back, please contact us and we can advise the freight amount to be deducted from the refund.

For Australian buyers:

Buyers may also choose to use their own shipping service. Tracking and/or insurance is advised as buyers are liable for parcels lost in transit.

Upon request, we are able to organise one-way returns at a flat fee of $10.00 for buyers which includes tracking.

RETURN TERMS AND CONDITIONS

All returns MUST be authorised before goods are returned.

All items returned for refund or exchange must be returned in the original condition with tags attached (unless faulty). Any packaged goods must be returned with the packaging in its original condition or may not be accepted.

Please ensure all returned clothing items are free from marks, stains and rips as they may not be accepted for return if received damaged (unless faulty).

FAULTY ITEMS

If you have received a faulty item, please contact us. Please attach pictures of the fault so the item can be assessed. A refund or replacement may be offered under our discretion. In the cases where we request for the item to be sent back, a pre-paid shipping label can be emailed to cover the return cost of the faulty item.
