Purchase Agreement (Please do not bid / purchase if you do not agree):

1.   If you have any question about the product, please must contact us before you bid. Please do not bid if you are not sure whether this item is really what you want. Bidding on this product means you fully understand this item is really what you want and you agree to buy the product as is.

2.     By bidding this item means you've accepted the shipping, insurance & handling charges. Please find out the total cost before you bid.

3.      Customer Service Policy: You agree that we accept “exchange” only within 7 business days of delivery time based on package tracking number information. In any case of exchange or return, you agree that we won’t refund the total product cost and the original shipping, insurance & handling charges, and you agree to return the product at your cost. We will pay the shipping cost for sending a replacement back to you in the case of product defect reported within 7 business days of arrival.

4.      We will ship the product to buyer’s default PayPal shipping address if the buyer doesn't notify us otherwise right after purchase.

5.      International Buyers – Please Note:

(1)  Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

(2)  Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying. Customs fees are normally charged by the shipping company or collected when you pick the item up. These fees are not additional shipping charges.

(3) There might be delay in international shipping. Transit time does not include time spent clearing customs. Package might be held at custom for further inspection. If you do not receive the package within 20 days, please contact your country’s postal service first. If you do not receive the package within 25 days, please contact us, and we will try our best to help.
