Made from a high-density, spiral wound cardboard, our tubes are ideal for sending posters and artwork, charts, technical drawings and more. These hard-wearing tubes protect your important items from rips, tears and other abrasions whilst out on the road, and in most cases can either be re-used, or repurposed for a convenient storage solution. They’ve been designed to fit in with Royal Mail’s precise specifications, allowing you to accurately budget your postage costs and provide a more cost-effective service. Supplied with two end plugs manufactured from a thick plastic material, these tubes also offer a degree of moisture resistance, though we’d recommend sealing with tape for increased peace of mind. We even supply our protective postal tubes in a selection of four colours (in addition to our standard Manilla items), each of which has a high-quality, professional gloss.

Our postal tubes are the safest way to send consumer products and important documentation, and can be purchased online in a wide range of sizes. Conveniently, they can either be written directly on or used with adhesive labels to save time and help speed up the delivery process.

We Only Dispatch to the UK

Please note weight restrictions, any package weighing over 750g will have a free upgrade to 48 Hour Courier. Due to weight and size restrictions some orders may be split into separate parcels.

Economy Delivery (1-3 Days)

We offer this as a FREE service.
The Royal Mail state they aim to deliver within 3 working days after the day posted.

48 Hour Courier
A small charge will added for this service; please see the individual listing page for this charge.
Combined orders weighing over 750g will qualify for a free upgrade to this service.

24 Hour Courier
A small charge may added for this service depending on the location, please read the individual listing page for this charge. Combined orders weighing over 4kg may qualify for a free upgrade depending on the delivery location, please read the individual listing pages. Only available Monday to Friday - Dispatch and Deliveries.

Dispatch Times
At ODL Packaging we appreciate that as a mail order business our customers would like their new purchase to be with them as soon as possible. That is why we offer a morning and afternoon Royal Mail dispatch.

Monday - Friday
9:00 am - All the previous nights orders will be dispatched.
4:00 pm - All the days orders will be dispatched.

All orders received after the Friday postal run will be dispatched on the following Monday unless it’s a Bank Holiday in which case it will be the next working day.

If you place your order before the times above we will try our best to have your goods packaged and sent on its way to you.

All orders dispatched using a 24 Hour Courier are dispatched and delivered Monday - Friday PM.

ODL Packaging cannot be held responsible for any postal delays you may encounter; the above is for guidance only. ODL Packaging relies on the postal services to provide us and our customers with a service we are all happy with. We have never broken our promise that we will dispatch any order out within 24hours of one being placed (MON-FRI).

In the unlikely event of an item needing to be returned to ODL Packaging, the customer must contact ODL Packaging and all items must be of the same quality as originally sent and within 14 days of receipt of the goods.

Error by ODL Packaging

The customer is liable for all return postage and packaging fees, if ODL Packaging on receiving the returned item find the item to be faulty or as other than as described we will refund the return fees and offer a full refund or a replacement order which will be at the customer choice.

The customer is liable for all return postage and packaging fees, ODL Packaging on receiving the returned item will offer a full refund minus a small charge for handling and packaging and postage charges (These charges will be agreed with the customer before the item is returned), or a replacement item (A small postage and packaging fee will be applied).
