Shipping:

We ship via USPS (United States Postal Service) and when necesary UPS (United Parcel Service), Monday to Friday. Shipping methods are determined by the seller only.

We do combine shipping. Please E-Mail us when you are ready to checkout as the ebay software does not combine shipping automatically. All shipping is based on total weight and or dimensional weight in the case of UPS.

We provide delivery confirmation/tracking numbers in 99% of our items, tracking numbers are sent out automatically.

Standard procedure for the post office is to leave a package if they feel that it is in a safe location. Since a package is no longer in our control once it is shipped, after it leaves our warehouse, and is en-route to you, which is verifiable due to the tracking numbers, we are no longer responsible for it once it arrives at your location.

International Shipments:

Please refer to the shipping & handling calculations provided by eBay.

Import duties, taxes (VIT) and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.

Insurance, if desired, must be requested BEFORE shipment leaves and an additional charge will be added to your shipping costs. Shipping insurance does not cover any scratches, dings, or minor scuffs and is only for total damage or loss of item.

Returns:

We do not specialize in any one type of item. We photograph every item individually and do our best to research and describe each item accurately. When posting media, like DVDs, CDs, Books, etc. eBay usually provide their own pictures and/or descriptions that may not look like the same as the listing, and could be an error in their own database. Please make sure via the UPC or ISBN number. Due to the nature of our business, we do not accept returns for minor description errors. Please understand that you are purchasing the exact item that is photographed and that all items are sold on an AS-IS basis. In extreme cases when we do feel that a return is necessary, we will refund the item but not the return shipping costs.
