The mirror polished stainless steel boat cleat are a brand new. This cleats are made of solid stainless steel #316. They are open base cleats with pre-drilled holes of 1/4" diameter. The distance between the screw holes is 2 3/16 ” lengthwise and 1 5/8” widthwise. Dimensions: overall length 8", Height 1 1/4", Base width 3/4”.
