InCarProducts was established in 2007 as an eCommerce division of In Car Products Limited. We are a family run business based in the Northwest. We specialise in Car Audio and Entertainment, from manufacturing to distribution right the way to retail! With our very own brands, Inex, Inex Accessories and SoundMat these are all manufactured to the highest standard. With our very own in house Research and Development you can be sure that we have all the latest products on sale.

* We will only ship to the address provided to us by eBay. Under no circumstances will we dispatch to an alternative address. This is to protect you as the buyer and us as the seller from any fraudulent transactions. If you do make a purchase and supply the incorrect delivery address, please contact us within 1 hour of placing your order to cancel your transaction, after this time, we cannot guarantee the cancellation of your order. If you cancel within 1 hour but after our daily order cut of time, we also cannot guarantee the cancellation of your order.

* We aim to dispatch orders where payment has cleared prior to 2.00pm same day, however, during busy periods this is subject to change, all orders are dispatched Monday to Friday excluding public and bank holidays.

* We try, the last working day before public and bank holidays to dispatch all orders where payment has cleared prior to 4pm.

* All estimated delivery times shown on our item pages are estimated and not guaranteed, these maybe subject to change due to conditions beyond our control.

* Our courier partners, upon delivery of your order, if not available to accept the order will either attempt delivery up to 3 times or post a calling card for you to contact the courier direct to arrange re delivery. They may also leave in a secure location; a secure location is normally somewhere that the parcel cannot be seen from the roadside. Should an order be returned due to non delivery, we reserve the right to deduct our postage and packaging fee's from the original payment prior to refunding.

Terms

* By committing to buy, you are agreeing to complete the eBay transaction in full. You agree to our Business Returns Policy set out in our item page under 'Payment and Returns'. We accept all returns within 30 days from the date of purchase, as long as the item(s) are in original condition and packaging, the items have not been fitted, and they are as new in a resealable condition. Should an item be returned in any other state, a refund may be refused or a percentage will be deducted from the original payment prior to refunding. 

*V.A.T is charged at 20%. VAT receipt are sent to your registered email address upon your order being dispatched, this will be as an attachment in PDF and therefore you will require a PDF reader to open the invoice. This is included in the listing unless otherwise stated. If you do not receive your invoice, please check your spam before contacting us for a copy.

* In Car Products Limited will not be held responsible for any damaged caused whilst using any item/s in which has been purchased from us. By purchasing from us you are accepting our 'terms and conditions' and also any extras which may not be included but are stated otherwise.

* Our courier partners will make up to 3 attempts to deliver your order, or leave a calling card for you to contact the courier direct to arrange re delivery. Returns

* Returns are handled via eBay Returns, to return an item within 30 days or purchase, please visit https://pages.ebay.com/help/buy/return-item.html and follow the steps.

* Once a return has been accepted, you will be give a limited number of days to return your order, please ensure that it is packaged carefully, and if returning not due to the item(s) being faulty or damaged, ensure that the item(s) are returned in the original condition and packaging, as new and in a resalable condition.

* Returns must have a returns note in order for it to be processed, any returns sent without a returns note will be refused.

* Return request over 30 days from date of purchase will be refused.

* We reserve the right to deducted from the original payment prior to refund any amount we see fit for items returned incomplete including not in original packaging or condition.

* We strongly advise to upload a photo of the item(s) being returned to the returns case.
