Payment Terms
Preferred method of payment is PayPal. Payment is due within 3 days of auction close. An unpaid item report will be filed if payment is not received by the 7th day. Telephone Payment acceptable.
Shipping Terms
Once receive the payment, your order will be dispatched on the same day or next working day. This excluded weekends and Bank Holidays. The tracking No will upload online after the order dispatch (We mainly use Royal Mail, Myhermes and DPD)
Your goods are fully insured, so you have peace of mind that you won't pay for damaged goods.
Always check your items before signing for them, incase damaged.
If the goods are damaged (not the packaging), please reject the delivery and contact us within 48hours.
If you miss the delivery, a calling card will be left, please call the number provided in the calling card to arrange re-delivery
Item should be delivered within stated delivery time, but this is not guaranteed. If you don't receive your item or have any enquiries, please contact us and we will track the item for you.
Please provide your address correctly, always double check your address details when making payment. Any goods being returned to us due to incorrect address or a calling card left and no delivery arranged will incur a further cost to redeliver.
Return Policy
We offer 14 days refund 30 days exchange policy for all our stock dresses. The made to measure dresses are no return no exchange. The returned item must be in the original condition, meaning no tears, no wears, no odors and all original tags must still be attached. Should we find that an item does not meet these conditions, we reserve the right to refuse the return. Buyer response for the return cost, the eBay order details (such as eBay ID, delivery address) must be inside the return parcel.
