If you are looking at this listing, you are probably looking to either replace a damaged o-ring or have a spare set in case the o-ring gets damaged during the diving trip.  It is a good practice to regularly maintain the O-ring to ensure your housing and the valuable camera within are completely watertight at depth.  However, a manufacture branded O-ring can cost anything from £15 upward.

This kit offers an economical alternative which includes a brand new generic substitute O-ring for the Canon WP-DC3, WP-DC4, WP-DC7 and WP-DC9 Underwater Housing and a 7g tub of silicone grease.  The size of O-ring has been measured and fitted to the actual housing to ensure perfect fitting and compatibility (see photo, underwater case not include in this listing).  

The supplied silicone grease prevents the O-ring from hardening under the heat and helps it to form a complete seal during closing of the case, therefore it is essential to apply a thin layer of the grease on the O-ring before and at the end of the dive.
