This is a pure resin figure kit from Royal Model. Although Royal Model named it Tank Commander from Grossdeutschland division, the built and painted one's insignia is a Waffen-SS SS-Obersturmführer. Grossdeutschland Division was the best-equipped division in the Wehrmacht. They received equipment before all other units, that included some Waffen-SS units as well.
