Warranty Information

• The product comes with 12-month warranty.
• All claims must be accompanied by the order/invoice number, the paypal receipt, and proof of malfunction.
• Proof of malfunction for items that are damaged in the mail are in the form of a photograph showing the damaged goods.
• Other proof malfunctions may be in the form of a description of how the product is faulty. It must include the following information:
• Whether the product was working upon receiving it
• How the product was used leading up to the malfunction
• A general description of how the product malfunctioned.
• To place a warranty claim, please send the above information in email to our Ebay inbox.
• Warranty claims typically take 2-3 days to process when the information is provided in full.
• When a warranty claim is approved, typically a replacement is issued. If a refund of the original price is sought, please specify in the email. Please note, not all items are available for refund.
• In refund scenarios, where the original price paid by the customer is in a currency other than AUD but received by DC Outdoor as AUD, the AUD amount will be refunded to the customer. DC Outdoor will not take liability for any gains/losses incurred upon The Customer due to the exchange rate.
