The item should be sealed in new condition to be eligible for a refund. If you would like to return an item, please obtain the return address from us via an email. If the item is being returned due to a change of mind, you will be liable for the return postage costs. Where an item is faulty or has been sent by mistake, postage costs will be refunded.
