Faulty Goods: Most items we sell are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. This would usually be 1 year unless the listing details otherwise. Proof of purchase must be retained in order to return any goods.

Under the Distance Selling Regulations, if you buy online or by phone, your consumer rights entitle you to a full refund if you request one in writing within 7 working days of receipt You must retain proof of purchase to obtain refund. Goods must be returned to us unused, in their original undamaged packaging, in a saleable condition. The consumer will be responsible for costs incurred in returning goods.

Items that are specially made to a buyer’s specification cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
