Please message us in ebay with your name and address to post to and the colour(s) and materials you are interested in.  If you could cut and paste the title of the bag for us, that would be most helpful!

Swatches will be sent by 1st Class post.

The swatch we send will be the same as the actual material used to make the bag.

Returns and Exchanges

 

 

Returns and Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of the date that you receive your item. Returns are accepted as long as they are in NEW condition.

Please include a NOTE stating your name, address, date of purchase and PayPal email address. This is so that we know who the return is from and we can find you quickly in PayPal to issue the refund.

 

All refunds are FULL REFUNDS, ie they are a refund of the amount you originally paid, in other words, your refund includes the outward postage you originally bought.

 

Your only cost in returning an item to us is the cost of your postage to send the item from yourselves to us.

 

Please note also - if you have not received your item, please check if the postman has left you a card or check if your package has been left with neighbours if you were out at the time of delivery.

 

 

 

Additional Note For Overseas Buyers:

 

  • Please note that Royal Mail Airmail Small Packets is not a tracked service, so there is no tracking number -packages go through your national postal service.
  • If you would like a service with a tracking number, you can use Royal Mail International Signed-For, or FedEx Express.
  • With FedEx Express International, Delivery time is 1-2days.

 

Please note that with Royal Mail Airmail Small Packets, delivery can on occasion be longer than the EXPECTED delivery times. If you do not receive your item ONE MONTH after we have posted your item, only then will we assume that the package is lost and issue you with a full refund.
