About Us

Hi, my name is Tommie and my wife and I own Country Classic Farms. We have been in business since 1982. We live on and operate a farm that has been in my family for over 100 years. We take great pride in the organic products we produce and in carrying on a tradition my grandparents started  in 1912, which is: 1) Always treat customers as if they were family, 2) offer fair prices on exceptional products, 3) never try to be the biggest….just the best, 4) Create and or grow every product with care keeping in mind the people that will use it,  5) Treat the land and its bounty with love and respect   ( No Chemicals, Sustainable farming practices, 100% Organic every time on everything ). 6) Always give back ( we proudly donate 10% of our profit to various charities that serve the needy children of our area)

What this means to you.

We may not always be the cheapest product on E Bay, but we strive to be the best. When you buy from us you are assured that the products you receive are fresh and natural, 100%  organic and of the best quality possible. We still use many of the secret family techniques passed down from generation to generation in preparing our products.  For every dollar you spend with us 10 cents will benefit  less fortunate children . For example every dollar we donate to food banks provides 5 meals to people that would otherwise be hungry. We care deeply and hope you do as well and that you will buy from us and direct your friends and family to our listings. We do not advertise in any way except word of mouth as we are a small operation and usually sell out completely each year.

E BAY  FEED BACK

We try very hard to make sure everyone gets 5 star service and product from us. Sometimes things just happen in shipping that creates an issue, please let us know so we can fix it. Many people do not realize that the ratings we receive in the detailed seller ratings effects what we have to pay E bay in fees. ONLY two ratings of 1 or 2 in detailed seller ratings will result in 20% additional fees for 1 year. This means we must increase our prices by 20% to maintain even a small profit. Everyone suffers: The seller; as our sales decrease from higher prices; The buyer as they must pay more for same product and the people in need suffer because we have less to donate each month.

If you really feel you have received a product or service that is not 5 star quality please let us have the opportunity to fix it before leaving us low scores.  Everyone will WIN when you do.

Shipping

We ship daily Monday thru Friday. Most of our items offer free shipping. The items that do not have free shipping are offered at actual cost of postage plus E Bays fees.    PLEASE   note   we make no profit from shipping. We charge only what USPS does plus the 13% E Bay charges in fees on shipping and the 4 % Pay pal charges. Please keep this in mind when you rate us on shipping cost. E bay and Pay pal make a profit on shipping charges WE DO NOT.

We highly value your business  and hope this little bit of information lets you know who we are and what we stand for.  Most of the items we offer are from our farm. Occasionally we offer products obtained thru our barter network where we have people from various industries and occupations that trade services or goods for our products. When we offer these you can be assured they are of the same quality as the goods we produce.
