2. You MUST return the item using postal service with TRACKING NUMBER, and Buyer is responsible for the return shipping fee solely.
3. Returned Items will be tested and if any defect is found, we will ship a new replacement to you within 72 hours. On condition that a suitable replacement is not available, a refund will be issued. But charges of shipping, handling and insurance are not refundable.
