Payment:

• Please make your payment on time. If you are not able to make payment on time, please let us know. Item(s) will not be shipped until the payment is cleared with PayPal. Once your payment is cleared, your item will be shipped within next available business day. Please note; we do not work on Saturdays, Sundays, Holidays and Holiday weekends including any USPS non-working days. Item(s) purchased from Friday through Sunday (or Holidays and Holiday weekends) will not be shipped until next available business day.
• Our company goes on business trip often. So once our vacation alert is on our listing, all paid item(s) will be shipped on returning date stated on alert.
• PLEASE make COMBINED payment for multiple items; unless items need to be shipped to different locations. Otherwise, it will be shipped to one of provided address in one or two packages.

Domestic Shipping:

• All items weights less than 13 oz. will be shipped by USPS first class with tracking number.
• Items weights more than 13 oz. will be shipped by USPS Priority Mail or different carrier, depending on the value, size, or the weight of the item/package.
• It takes approximately 5-7 business day delivery for First Class Mail and 2-3 business day delivery for Priority Mail; but USPS does not guarantee.
• Item(s) that has FREE SHIPPING option will be counted as an “Additional item.” For multiple purchase. For example; if one item is FREE SHIPPING and other item is $3.00 shipping, for those two items, you’ll pay $3.00 shipping total fee.

International Shipping:

• Currently we are shipping international orders through eBay Global Shipping Program.
• When we are off the Global Shipping Program, we only ship certain item(s) internationally. (Delivery time may vary. Sometimes shipping may takes up to 1-2 months by First Class Mail.)
• WE DO NOT SHIP TO “UNCONFIRMED” and/or PO BOX international shipping address. Your order will be cancelled automatically if your address is unconfirmed with PayPal or if shipping address was provided with PO BOX address.
• We only provide EXPRESS MAIL shipping option only (unless other option is available), Express mail includes tracking number. No other option will be given due to packages being lost. (Express Mail is the only option that can track packages.) Express mail envelope can be shipped up to 20 lbs; as long as item(s) fit in an envelope. If item(s) doesn’t fit in Express Mail envelope, you will be notified from our customer service department.

POLICIES, TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR ALL BUYERS:

• WE HAVE RIGHT TO REFUSE any services.
• All our items are for serious buyers only. It is buyer’s responsibility to ask ALL questions before purchasing to avoid any mistakes.
• Our items are checked thoroughly before shipping. If any items are found damaged, any defects, and/or an inaccurate inventory, buyer will be notified by eBay message. We will try our best to resolve the issue by providing different options such as; back order, exchange, or refund.
• There is absolutely no warranty. We are not responsible for any wear and tear. (Including wrong wash)
• If buyer provided wrong or undeliverable address, re-shipping fee will be responsible by buyer, even for FREE SHIPPING item(s). If buyer wants refund instead, buyer will receive refund after paid shipping fee for all items and initial shipping fee for FREE SHIPPING item(s).
• For RETURN: 
  For unsatisfied item(s) or for any reason, you may return your item(s) within 14 days (unless other information is stated on description/option) from shipped date with an approval from seller after discussion(s) about problem(s). Buyer is responsible for all shipping and handling fees. For any returned items that were used, worn, wash, damaged, or monogrammed, buyer will be reported to eBay and service will be rejected. All paid shipping fees are non-refundable unless seller’s mistake; such as damaged item, wrong size, or wrong item received. Otherwise, only the amount of the item will be refunded after shipping fee has been deducted. For “FREE SHIPPING” item(s), your item fee will be refunded after deducting initial shipping fee we have provided. Some items will be charged for restock fee instead. For restock fees, it usually covers our shipping and handling cost. We will try our best to process refund within 24 to 36 hours.
• For any EXCHANGE for the items that were purchased with FREE SHIPPING offer, FREE SHIPPING offer is only for initial shipping. Therefore, buyer is responsible for all shipping and handling fees. If you disagree with any of our policies, PLEASE DO NOT PLACE ORDER.
• Item(s) must be in the original condition as we have shipped (original tag, clear wrap, etc.), undamaged, unused, and clean. PLEASE RETURN SMOKE FREE/ODOR FREE!!! We will not refund money if there is any scent other than new fresh scent.
• There is absolutely no return for any beauty supply, underwear and hosiery.
• We will not be responsible for any shipping carrier’s mistake.
• By purchasing or bidding our item(s), you are agreeing all our policies and understanding that we will not be responsible for any lost or stolen packages including buyers who provided undeliverable address and/or unconfirmed address on PayPal account.
