We ship all orders from Queensland, Australia. We do not drop ship or send from overseas.

We are proud to offer free postage Australia wide on all of our buy it now orders.

Our parcels are sent via Australia Post or Toll Couriers and we aim to post parcels within 24 hours of purchase (business days).

Please allow adequate time for delivery by ordering in advance of your wedding or event to avoid disappointment.

Returns

Gem's Wedding Supplies are excited to be part of your special day and understand how important the day is to you. If you receive an order and are not 100% happy, please contact us so we can rectify any problems.

Gem's Wedding Supplies has a 100% money back guarantee. If you are not happy with your purchase, message us within 30 days of purchase to organise a return of your item. To organise a return, message us the following details: Your name, your address, order date, product name, and reason for return.

Our generous return policy requires items to be returned within 30 days of receipt. The products must be unused and with their original packaging intact. Please note that a 20% restocking fee may apply.

Apart from returns for incorrect, damaged or faulty products, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Items must be returned in suitable packaging to prevent damage in transit. It is also suggested that you insure the return package. Refunds will be processed once we have received and inspected the return.

In the unlikely event that a product is damaged in transit, or the incorrect item has been shipped, we may also require a digital photograph to be emailed. Our Customer Service will email you to organise an appropriate solution for you which may include the return of the item at our cost.
