Set of Six Antique German 800 Silver Tea Spoons by Wilhelm Binder c.1920s

Description: A set of six antique silver spoons manufactured by Wilhelm Binder in Schwabisch Gmund, Germany. Wilhelm Binder was well known silver manufacturer established in 1869 and famous for his Art Nouveau silverware of early 1900s and Art Deco items of 1920s-early 1930s.

Nice solid silver heavy spoons nicely decorated in late Art Nouveau style with the combined weight of 4.6 oz or 130 gramms. Marked with "800" German silver standard, the moon and the crown as well as the Wilhelm Binder's manufacturer's mark. The spoons come in the case of German reseller Robert Schroeder in Hannover from approx. 1930s.

The spoons are in perfect condition, the case shows some wear. The spoons are 5.25" long.
