This listing is for a Cast Aluminum Wall Sconce Painted Black with a 12" White Acrylic Round Globe .  This item is painted black and has a 3/8" hole for mounting.  This item is brand new and has never been used or mounted.  If you would like this item with an Acorn globe or a clear, smoke or prismatic round globe, please let us know to quote you with the type of globe you would like.  This item will ship with a 12" White Round Acrylic with a 4" Neck and has a 4" fitter.  A 6" fitter is available for a quoted price.   Set screws are included but there is not mounting hardware or instructions included with this item.  This item is wired with a medium base incandescent socket and maximum wattage for this globe is 100w incandescent.   This wall sconce is made in Mexico and finished in the United States.
