We print on top quality 200gsm photo satin paper - this is what we also print large corporate advertising poster campaigns on. We use the very latest digital technology printing at 1440dpi therefore you are receiving a top quality printed banner. As these are paper banners they can be easily affixed to surfaces using double sided tape/blue tack/tacks etc.

- Please forward your personalisation requirements with high quality ORIGINAL photo(s) (not screenshots) selecting importantly one that you like and that is at least 2mb in size whereby the person takes up most of the actual photo AND is SHARP & CLEAR as photos do reproduce as supplied
- Do NOT USE Facebook or SCREEN SHOT images as these are not good enough quality for large format printing.
- If you cannot find the email from ebay then please refer to our contact details at the bottom of this listing which also details the relevant information to send the photos to.
- We will send an email to the one you have registered with Ebay and you can respond to this. If you cannot find this email please check your spam/junk folder as could be sent there depending on your computer settings.

Saturday & Sunday are not official working days but sometimes proofs are sent at the weekend, if however you have placed an order at the weekend or after 5.30pm Friday then please be advised not to worry if you haven't received contact as you will receive a proof Monday after the offices are open again
DELIVERY:
As we print these in-house we can usually print and despatch same day if the order is received prior to 11:00am
Sturdy Strong Postal Tubes are Used for the Protection of Your Banner During Delivery (this is also why the postal cost is more than just cost of delivery)
Evri delivery is used as standard (3-5 working day delivery time), or you can upgrade
to one of the express delivery options from the drop down menu (excl. Saturday, Sunday & Bank Holidays)

ALL DELIVERIES ARE ESTIMATED * IF URGENT PLEASE SELECT AN EXPRESS DELIVERY OPTION FROM DROP DOWN MENU
* ALL DELIVERY DATES ARE ESTIMATED * and may be later during times of volume such as christmas, bank holidays, strike days of other couriers etc - so you really should bare this in mind when you purchase your option from the various services - if it is URGENT we recommend choosing one of the express delivery options as causes less stress if you receive a day or two early rather than going right up to the date you require this as not guaranteed. We will however despatch the item within the time stated on Ebay system to ensure it goes out timely and stands best chance of arriving in time.
DAMAGE/LOSS:
If when you receive your item it is damaged - please forward photographic evidence of the packaging and item immediately to our direct email so we can then instigate a claim with the relevant delivery company and supply a replacement if applicable. Claims need to be processed within 48 hours of receipt so it is imperative that we are notified immediately.
For Loss or Damage Claims the delivery company usually require you to sign a legal disclaimer to confirm that the information is correct that is submitted. Please note since COVID it is usual now for items to be left in a "safe place" - the tracking information is always provided to you and they also use your details provided by ebay to let you know when your item is due to be received - therefore you can look out for the delivery or if it states it has been delivered and you were not at home check with a neighbour or porch/garage/garden etc. if it states safe place as usually somewhere that is easily accessible to the delivery driver.
NOTE RE COLOUR:
Colours may vary slightly from what you see on screen as ALL computers are BACKLIT and posters are not ... also all computers are slightly set to different colour settings /calibration so there can be variance due to this.
