This Premium Annexe Matting now features 2 key improvements over most other matting:

  1. Heavy Duty 600gsm (standard matting is 450gms); and
  2. UV Treated Foamed PVC

These key advantages will ensure the flooring lasts much longer therefore providing outstanding value (& more comfort under foot!). It will also lie flat on the ground without the need to peg down the edges.

This PVC foam floor matting is very popular for use in caravan and camper trailer annexes.The matting lets sand, fine dirt and water to fall through while allowing the grass to breath. The PVC mat is rubber like and will not kill the grass, even when left down for extended periods. It's ideal for grassed RV sites where non-breathable floors are often not permitted at Caravan Parks. It can also be used as a ground sheet under tents, protecting tent floors and airbeds from puncture holes.

The floor matting is soft under foot, very comfortable with bare feet while providing protection over sharp sticks and stones. It will lie flat without the need to peg down the edges.

PVC Floor matting is one of 4 types of Flooring we stock along side SureMat and the synthetic multilayer Camec and C Gear flooring (See our linked listings on this page). The advantages of PVC Foam Matting include:

  • It's the most economical;
  • It has enough weight to lie flat without the need to peg down the edges; and
  • It feels softer underfoot in comparison to the others.

Extended Warranty Conditions:

  • Warranty excludes commercial use or use on hard abrasive surfaces such as concrete & bitumen;
  • Warranty covers the mat only (bag and any other items are not included);
  • Damage, normal wear & tear and mould are not covered;
  • The buyer is responsible for return postage costs;
  • Shipping costs incurred will be deducted from any credits or refunds (regardless of whether shipping was paid by the customer);
  • Camp Smart may repair, replace or provide a credit for the mat at it's discretion.

All items in our store are from reputable Australian suppliers and covered by the 12-month manufacturers warranty for faults and defects.

Miss use or damage or change of mind by the customer is not covered under the manufacturers' warranty.

To complete a claim you may be required to return the item for inspection before the claim can be processed. If you have a problem with an item send us a message with a full description of the fault, your contact details and photos and we can assist you with your manufacturer claim.

Some of our items have a 3-year manufacturers warranty - such as the Coast Sunscreens and the Adco Covers. If an item has a 3-year warranty this will be clearly advertised in the product description.

What is your returns policy?

If your product is faulty it will be covered under warranty.

For change of mind returns, we have a thirty-day return policy, with some exclusions.
Returned products must be unused and in the original packaging.

* Anything that has been fitted, used, marked, damaged, or installed in any way.

Remote Locations: 

Please note postage to WA (Outside of Perth), Remote & Regional TAS, Far North QLD and NT may incur additional shipping fees. Please check with us before purchasing if this may apply to you.

Our Courier services use the road network and while we dispatch daily it can take some time for items to be delivered from Sydney to FNQ, NT and WA. If you are in NT or WA, please allow up to 2 weeks delivery.

Please note we may change the Courier Service depending on the size of the item/s and delivery area. Please check your dispatch email for the correct courier and tracking details (rather than eBay).

Postage for Returns

We offer free shipping to send items out to you. However, if you choose to return an item you during the 30 Change of Mind period you are required to post it back at your own cost.  This is no different to a bricks and mortar store. If you buy a top at the shops and then decide you dont want it, you will need to drive to the shop to return it, the shop wont drive to you. Items can not be returned without an RMA number. 

All eBay returns incure our 20% restocking fee. When you purchase through eBay you agree to this at the checkout. This is to cover the cost of checking the item for use or damage and the cost of the postage that was incured to send it to you. By purchasing this item you agree to these terms. 

Change of Address

No changes of address can be made once an item is picked and submitted to our courier or in transit. It is the buyers responsibility to put the correct address on their order. 

Please ensure your order is correct before submitting it. Note we are not able to check all messages in ebay before sending items and can not guarentee we will pick up messages about alternate delivery addresses.  If you have sent your item to the wrong address we recommend you contact the courier company quoting the tracking number and seek advice.
