What is Glucose Syrup/Corn Syrup?

Inthe UK it is very hard to find Corn Syrup and onll Glucose is widely available, the following information will help you.

Glucose syrup is used in foods to soften texture, add volume, prevent crystallization of sugar, and enhance flavor. By converting some of the glucose in corn syrup into fructose (using an enzymatic process), a sweeter product, high fructose corn syrup can be produced.

Corn Syrup: Contains 24% water and
Glucose: Contains 15-19% water

You will receive Glucose syrup and you may dilute as required to make corn syrup, just add water to heated syrup.

What You Will Get

You will receive a large factory sealed jerry can/drum containing 1 KG of  food grade Glucose syrup.

When Will You Get Your Product

You will recieve your product nextday if ordered before 2pm using express service and 1-3days using economy. Your product will be sent by Royal Mail, UPS or UKMail and tracking number issued. Goods must be signed for, no exeptions.  Friday express orders delivered on Monday.  If delivery is going to be delayed for some unforseen reasons then we will get in toch with you.

Refunds will only be made on returned items in unopened condition.
