This british made filter has 1/4" pushfit connections built in and is a suitable replacement for external fridge filters that have 1/4 inch hose 

 The media bed is GAC (Granular Activated Carbon) designed to tackle chlorine taste/odour up to 6500 litres. A great replacement for many other in line systems. These filters can also be used as a post filter/polishing cartridge on RO systems

Delivery Information

All stock items are usually dispatched the same day if ordered before 2pm.

Delivery is normally within 1-3 working days (uk) from cleared payment except where stated and we use Royal Mail service in the UK and Parcelforce for EU/ROW & Next day Special Delivery.

We want you to be satisfied every time you shop with us. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the goods purchased you may return them at your postal cost within a reasonable time from receipt of the goods. You must return your goods within 30 days from delivery. If however the goods are faulty then the postage costs will be refunded. 

It is your responsibility to take care of the goods. It is vital that you enclose a covering letter with the returns detailing your order number, name, full address, and reason for return (please also specify whether you require an exchange or refund). We recommend that you use Recorded Delivery, as proof of shipping is not proof of receipt.

Can I return it if there’s nothing wrong with it?

Absolutely! We offer a 30 day returns guarantee on all our products. (We’re nice like that.) So if you need to send it back for whatever reason no worries.

If you’ve had it less than 30 days…

We’ll happily let you return or exchange the item. If the item is faulty or not what you ordered or decided you do not now want to keep it,

you’ll get the choice of a replacement or refund, and if Faulty or not what you ordered we’ll refund the return delivery charge also.

If the product is not faulty and you would still like to return it, the product should be unused, in its original packaging and in a re-sellable condition

If you’ve had it for more than 30 days…up to 12 months

We’ll happily let you return or exchange the product. If the item is faulty, you’ll get the choice of a replacement or refund.

I posted my item for a refund/replacement. What happens now?

As soon as we get the item back, we'll sort out your refund or replacement - Just allow for postage time - as soon as we have it we'll start the refund. It may take a few days to appear in your account (depending on your bank).
