SHIPPING
METHOD:
Typically we ship via USPS Priority Mail, and USPS
Priority Mail International, which on average domestically is a two to four day
delivery time, sometimes even a one day delivery time! If the item is too large
for this shipping method though, we then use USPS Parcel Post, FedEx and last
UPS, in that order, as required by size. We’ve found this is the fastest and
cheapest way to get the item to you the buyer.
SHIPPING
COSTS:
Shipping is calculated by the area where the item
is being shipped. Therefore, shipping costs vary according to size, weight,
dimensions and distance. Often, we offer free shipping in an item’s listing though.

HANDLING
TIME:
We typically ship within one business day of
payment notification. We will not ship prior to receiving payment notification.
TRACKING NUMBERS:
We upload USPS, FedEx or UPS supported tracking
information within one business day (Pacific Time) after the buyer's payment
clears. Per eBay policy, a business day is a normal weekday, meaning Saturdays,
Sundays and major holidays aren't considered business days. So as an example,
if you order on Friday, the tracking information is not required to be uploaded
until Monday. However, we strive hard to exceed your expectations and usually
achieve a tracking number upload by Saturday at the latest!
TERMS
OF TRANSACTION:
All items are an "AS IS" sale. We cannot guarantee a vintage, or antique, item may work upon arrival, (e.g. trains,
cameras, mechanical items, etc.). Many
times we do not have the ability to bench test an item. Even if we were able at
the time to bench test an item, the process of shipping the antique may then
impede its ability to work upon receipt of the buyer. So please look closely at
the photos and description. We do detail all we see; Good, bad and otherwise so
you the buyer can make informed choices.
We sell vintage because we love it, along with all
its imperfections. This to us reinforces its vintage history.
RESTOCKING

We do not charge a restocking fee of any kind.

We carry an awesome 30-day return policy! We take
great pride in providing excellent customer service and exceeding our
customer’s expectations! Our liberal return policy is one such example. We try
hard to make sure our customers are satisfied. We do this because we are highly
confident you will be MORE than satisfied with any of our items! We always reveal
any and all issues with each item to the very best of our knowledge in the item
specifics, description and photo sections.
Please notice our 100-percent feedback score, and
feel safe buying from us. Buyers are more comfortable shopping with sellers who
offer returns, even though most buyers will never return an item. Knowing there
is a return policy in place helps a buyer feel secure in their purchase. We as
sellers have found items with clear return policies typically sell better than
items that don't.
THE
TIME PERIOD OF RETURN NOTIFICATION:
Even though most buyers will not need to return an
item, we do understand sometimes matters arise in a transaction that must be
addressed (e.g. possible damage during shipping). If you need to return an
item, please notify us within 5-business days of receiving the item. That gives
you the buyer a few days to look things over and let us know if a problem
exists, and then promptly bring it to our attention.

RETURNED
ITEM CONDITION:
If you, the buyer, need to return an item, be sure to

Returned Item Condition Policy Overview:
The buyer must return an item in the same
condition as it was received. The buyer must also include, in the same

Make sure you follow these guidelines. If you
don't, you may be subject to a range of actions, including eBay limits of your
buying and selling privileges and eBay suspension of your account.

We will not accept a return if there
have been alterations of any kind made to an item, or damage to the item due to
poor shipping practices (e.g. shipping in a box far too small for the item,
lack of peanuts or bubble pack that could cause damage on return shipping).

If a refund is being issued due to
shipping damage upon arrival to the buyer, we require the item to be returned
to us the seller vai the eBay system of returns.
·
Taking photos of damage acquired during
shipping and sending that with your email notifying us of a problem is always a
good idea for eBay, you the buyer and us the seller.

eBay also provides a shipping label
service and a packing slip. Please also per eBay utilize these services in the
return shipping process. Doing so provides a tracking number upload necessary for
eBay and both the buyer and the seller to track the shipment back to the
seller. Providing insurance for return shipping, which is super easy if a USPS
Priority Mail box is used, as it is included in the shipping, is also a good
idea. Items get lost on the way back too; unfortunately we know this first

RETURNS
THROUGH THE GLOBAL SHIPPING PROGRAM:
We
use the Global Shipping Program for international shipments. You can find out about the return

Remember that
with the Global Shipping Program, a seller who offers to refund your original
shipping will only be returning the domestic shipping cost; you will not
receive a refund for the international shipping cost and import charges that

way to return an item for a refund or a replacement. A replacement is an item
that is exactly the same as the original item. Exchanges—for a different size

a return. For refunds: Per eBay policy, we issue a refund within 6 business
days of receiving the returned item. For replacements: Per eBay policy, we ship

in the same condition as it was received. The item shipped back is to be the

According to eBay, standardized category return
guidelines create a more consistent experience for both buying and selling by
eliminating the uncertainty of what's acceptable to return and what isn't.
Per eBay policy guidelines: "When the buyer
ships the item back, eBay provides the buyer with a return shipping label. They
also give the buyer a packing slip to print and enclose in the return package.
A unique return ID generated by eBay appears on the packing slip, along with
the buyer's ID. The return label will use US Postal Service (USPS) Parcel
Select, First-Class or Priority Mail, whichever is the most appropriate based
on cost, package weight and delivery time. Delivery Confirmation is
automatically included so both the buyer and the seller can track the status of
the return shipment. Signature confirmation is also included if the item is
valued at or more than $750. For refunds: eBay asks the buyer to ship the item
back to the seller within 5 business days of starting the return. For replacements:
eBay asks the buyer to ship the item back to the seller within 5 business days

Along with the description, photos are the most
important part of a listing. Photos allow buyers to see exactly what they're
getting as well as see specific details they may be looking for. When selling
used items, photos are especially important because they allow the buyer to see
actual condition of the item along with other details like color.
RETURN
SHIPPING:
Our return policy of 30-days with money back, where
the buyer pays return shipping, is more than the standard and very much in line
with eBay seller requirements. In most
cases, our buyers will need to pay the return shipping as we strive very hard
to accurately describe our items and pack them so they arrive safely.
However,
we understand there are times when a refund will be necessary due to circumstances
beyond our control (e.g. damage during shipping). Refund amounts are
automatically adjusted by eBay for any shipping charges, depending on the
reason for return.
BUYER
MUST RETURN ITEM TO GET A REFUND:
Buyers
are expected to return an item if they want a refund. eBay asks the buyer to
ship the item to the seller—with tracking information—within 7 days. They
require buyers to pay the cost of return shipping.
We as the seller will
issue a refund through the eBay Resolution Center within 3 business days of
receiving a returned item.
eBay
Policy on when a buyer states the item is not as described:
If a buyer returns an
item because they state it is not as described in the listing, arrives damaged
or is missing parts, then the refund to the buyer is:
In these situations,
the seller is required to pay for the return shipping charges and can't charge
a restocking fee.
If
the seller can show an item was properly described, the case can be closed. Below are examples of descriptions that match
the item, and we provide such documentation within the original record of
listing. This is why we feel secure in offering a 30-day refund. We meet and
exceed the following requirements for Item As Described detailed Seller Rating
(DSR):

buyer states that the item is used, not new, and the listing clearly describes
the item as used;

A
defect in the item was correctly described by the seller;
·
The
item was properly described, but the buyer didn't want it after receiving it;
·
The
item was properly described but didn't meet the buyer's expectations;

item has minor scratches and was listed as used condition;
·
Describing
only the item we're selling in the listing and the terms of the sale;
·
Providing
complete and accurate details;
·
Specifying
the condition of the item;
·
Describing
any defects or flaws in the item.

item for any other reason, including deciding not to purchase the item after

Timeline for Refunds
