This is a 1995 Playmates Toys Star Trek TNG, Nine Inch, Captain Picard in Dress Uniform action figure.  Captain Picard comes with a Starfleet Monitor, a PADD, a Starfleet Issue Type I Phaser, and an action base in the shape of a Starfleet Delta.  The overall condition is New and Excellent in a Factory Sealed package with Minor wear.  The figure is in Mint condition in a Factory Sealed package.  The packaging is in Excellent condition and Factory Sealed with Minor wear.  The plastic window on the front of the packaging is in Excellent condition and is clear, intact, and Factory Sealed to the inside of the box with Minor wear.  No water damage, stains, or fading.  This item would make a unique and exceptional addition to any Star Trek collection.
