This is Brand new and never used. Perfect Condition. Nice and Shiny. It is still wrapped in the factory foam. There is another seller currently on ebay selling Refurbished Gamepads as New for steep discounts. When you get your Gamepad you can call Nintendo and give them the serial # to see if you get what you ordered.

Shipping Details: Items are shipped out the same day or next day after payment is received. 6 Days a week Monday thru Saturday. Items will be well protected and shipped using USPS Mail or Fedex with a delivery confirmation tracking number. Orders above $250 will require a signature. If you would like a signature for an order under that please message me with your payment.

Return Policy: In the unlikely event that a return is required, please contact us right away. Manufacturer Warranty is primary; returns are not accepted on items requiring warranty repair. We will assist you in the manufacturer's warranty process. Returns are only accepted on New in Box items.  They must be returned with all contents, paperwork & packaging undisturbed, including shrinkwrap & tape seals if applicable. If item has a serial #, the # must match up to the one sent out. We take pictures of everything sent out. Once an item is test run, it is used and not eligible for return. Return shipping is paid by the buyer. Initial Shipping is non-refundable. If a shipping discount or free shipping was applied to your order, the promotional "balance" will be deducted from your refund. A 15% restock fee applies to items returned according to our return policy. A 30% restock fee applies to items returned under false pretenses, in violation of our return policy. Items must be returned by a trackable and insured shipping method; we are not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged in transit back to us.

International Buyers: Item(s) can take between 30 up to 90  days to arrive due to delays in your customs.  I highly recommend that you purchase USPS Express Mail to avoid possible long delays. Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility .Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying.
