This low serial number, high quality note, is the second finest known according to The Paper Money Institute’s Database. BUT, this note For Sale Is Certified Choice VF 35 whereas the only other high grade note in the registry is listed as XF and remains uncertified/unscrutinized. AND almost every raw national note I have bought in the last 15 years and sent out for grading came back AT LEAST One Full Grade Lower than listed in the registry.
