Damaged or Lost Packages
upon receiving damaged package, quickly message us!
Packages can be classified as LOST PACKAGES if not delivered by 35 days, Italy and certain Countries are 60 days
a simple signature and date stating buyer never received the package is all we need
we can start this process on the 25th day.
once we receive the signature form, we can either refund or send replacement on the 35th day
