Orders are usually shipped out within 1 business day via UPS/Fedex (Friday orders will be processed on next Monday.). UPS requires a physical address, no PO Box address will be shipped to. Notification of shipment will be sent to your registered email address when shipped. It usually takes 2-5 business days to receive your item. Mail transit time is best estimated but not guaranteed as transit time varies. 

Buyer is responsible for return shipping fees at all times. Original Shipping fee of $6.00 will be deducted on all returns. All returns not in original packaging are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Restocking fee will be charged for returned items without original package or any quality problems.

Exchanges are offered for defective or damaged items when received.
